What happens to the recording

It is stored on Sage-controlled infrastructure and turned into text by a speech model running on our own machine. It is not sent to any outside transcription or AI service.
It is labelled with your three-word badge code only. No name, no email, no account, no cookies, no tracking of any kind on this page.
It is used for one thing: grouping people at the two coffee breaks on 8 October. Nothing else, and it is not shared outside Sage.
Audio and transcript are deleted within 30 days of the event. You can delete yours immediately, any time, from this page.
